GLASSMAN 2007
We participated in the Glassman Europe 2007 exhibition in Prague between the dates of May 9-10 in 2007. On May the 10th, We presented a succesful seminar called “Reverse engineering in glass mould engraving design.
GLASSMAN 2006
We participated in the Glassman South America 2006 exhibition in Brazil between the on April 5 and 6 in 2006.
GLASSTEC 2006
We participated in the Glasstech 2006 exhibition in Düsseldorf, Germany between the dates of October 24-28. We hosted our customers and other guests at our 42 m2 stand.

HVOF WELDING EQUIPMENT WAS ESTABLISHED
We renovated our Welding Department with new investments and started HVOF welding applications successfully. We employed 3 new personnel.

CERTIFICATION PROCESS SUCCESSUFULY COMPLETED
Merkad was certified with “ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System certificate” / “OHSAS 18001:2004 Occupational Health And Safety Management system” in 2004 and “ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System certificates” in 2006.

GLASSMAN 2005
On May 24th and 25th we substantiated a well accomplished stand presentation in Prague at Glassman Europe 2005. We were neighbored by Lynch Systems at our 12 m2 stand.

We participated in the Glasstech 2004 exhibition in Düsseldorf, Germany between the dates of November 09-13 in 2004.

WE MOVED IN A NEW FACTORY
We moved our facilty from 700m2 Bayrampasa plant to more sophisticated and better modernized 1800m2 Davutpasa plant. During the following one year we added 2 new CNC Machining Centers and renewed 1 CNC Machining center. During this procedure, we hired 10 new employees.
